What is the Guardian Program?
The Guardian Program is our ongoing pest protection membership. We treat your home on a regular schedule, monitor for new activity, and adjust your plan seasonally — so intruders never get a foothold. Plans start at $49/month depending on your home’s size.
How does the free inspection work?
One of our Home Guardians will visit your property, assess any current pest activity, identify risk areas, and walk you through a custom protection plan — all at no cost and no obligation. Most inspections take about 30–45 minutes.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Absolutely. We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach, which means we prioritize targeted, eco-friendly solutions and only apply products where they’re needed. We’ll always let you know what we’re using and any precautions to follow.
What pests do you treat?
We handle a wide range of common Indiana intruders including ants, spiders, roaches, wasps, mice, rats, termites, bed bugs, carpenter bees, mosquitoes, ticks, and more. We also offer wildlife trapping and remediation for animals in attics and crawlspaces.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes — we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If intruders return between scheduled visits, so do we, at no extra charge.
How often will you treat my home?
Guardian Program Members receive regular scheduled treatments, typically monthly depending on your plan. Seasonal adjustments are built in, and we come back between visits if you ever have an issue.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Crawfordsville and the greater Montgomery County area, including surrounding communities in west-central Indiana.
Do I need to be home during treatment?
Not necessarily. For exterior-only treatments, you don’t need to be present. For interior work, we’ll coordinate a time that works for your schedule.

Yes! We offer seasonal add-on services for mosquito control, tick control, or a bundled package — perfect for families who want to enjoy their yard worry-free from spring through fall.
